1. Can I return my jewellery product if I don't like it?
Yes, you can return your jewellery product if you don't like it. You have 30 days from your receipt of purchase to return it. You can request a refund or exchange of jewellery.
2. Can I return earrings?
Yes, you can return earrings, provided they are unworn and unused and in their original condition. Within 30 days of purchase.
3. Can I return Lingerie/nightwear items?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of these items, it is not possible to receive a refund. Unless, the item was faulted at manufacture. As all items are quality checked at dispatch this is very unlikely. Please contact us immediately if you experience any problems with your order.
4. What should I do if I do not receive my purchase or it is damaged?
As our items are quality checked at dispatch, in the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, please notify our customer services department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours. All our deliveries are tracked so they can be traced and delivered to you.
5. Will I be charged for a return?
No, you will not be charged for returning your item. You will be responsible for the return postage/insurance and follow the returns procedure.
6. Will I receive my money back if I return my purchase?
Once we receive your purchase, we will notify you that we have received your return and that it has been accepted. You should receive a full refund within 10 days, less any postal charges or your can choose an exchange.
7. What about shipping and delivery?
All orders are shipped direct from our manufacturer and use Royal Mail, USPS and International USPS/UPS mail, all mail is tracked and you should receive your tracking information shortly after placing your order. All mail going through customs is priority checked.
8. Will my order get to me without any issues?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number. Your order should not be subject to additional charges and delivery should be smooth. However, if you do not receive your order or have any questions/issues please contact us at email@example.com.
